Emerging Through Change
My own journey through change has shaped the way I work today.
In my early twenties, I experienced sight loss which changed the course of my life in ways I never expected.
Alongside this came health challenges, grief, divorce, identity shifts and the experience of rebuilding my life through significant periods of change.
There were times when I felt uncertain, disconnected from myself and unsure of what the future would look like.
Through these experiences, I learned the importance of slowing down, understanding what was happening beneath the surface and reconnecting with who I was beyond what I had lost.
Over time, I began to notice patterns in how I thought, felt and responded to life’s challenges. This deeper understanding helped me move through change with greater awareness, resilience and self-trust.
These experiences, combined with my professional training, inform the way I support others today.
I understand what it can feel like when life no longer looks the way you expected it to and you’re trying to find your way forward.
My role is not to fix you, but to create a space where you can make sense of your experience, reconnect with yourself and move forward in a way that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are becoming.

Meet Anisah: Grief, Identity & Relationship Coach
Hi, I’m Anisah.
I believe that feeling understood can be a powerful part of change.
My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded in genuine curiosity about your experience. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, reflect honestly and explore whatever feels important to you without judgement.
I recognise that every person’s story is unique. We all carry different experiences, relationships, cultures and ways of making sense of the world. Because of this, I work in a way that is flexible, culturally aware and responsive to the individual sitting in front of me.
I also have experience supporting neurodivergent individuals and understand the importance of creating a space that feels adaptable, respectful and supportive of different ways of experiencing and processing life.
At times, I may gently challenge you when it feels helpful, offering reflections and perspectives that encourage growth whilst always maintaining a space that feels safe, compassionate and grounded.
Above all, I see this work as a shared process; creating space for greater understanding, self-awareness and meaningful change.
