In my 20s, I lost part of my eyesight and with it, so much of the life I knew. That period of grief and uncertainty forced me to look inward, face my fears, and rebuild from the ground up. Through that journey, I discovered how to reclaim my story, live with purpose, and fully choose myself and in doing so, create healthier relationships and a life that feels authentically mine.

Now, I walk with others through their own transitions, helping them move through grief, break unhelpful patterns, embrace change, and create the life they truly want. No matter the challenge, it’s possible to transform pain into growth, fully choose yourself, and start living a life that feels meaningful, intentional, and real.

Hi, I'm Anisah,

My mission is to help people rebuild their lives after trauma and major life transitions by guiding them to reconnect with themselves, break unhelpful patterns and reclaim their story. Together we creat a new way of being; a natural state of balance between connection and independence, feeling grounded and safe in your body.

 I support you in gaining practical tools you can apply in your life long after our sessions, so you can reclaim your power, honour yourself, and live a life guided by choice. I work with both men and women, offering a space that is open, non-judgemental, and fully focused on your growth.
