In my 20s,

I lost part of my eyesight, and with it, much of the life I had known. That period brought grief, uncertainty, and a deep sense of disorientation. It was a time that forced me to slow down, look inward, and face fears I had long avoided.

Through that journey, I began to rebuild from the inside out. I learned how to reconnect with myself, understand the patterns that had shaped my life and slowly create a way of living that felt more authentic and aligned with who I truly was. Over time, this allowed me to build healthier relationships and a life that felt meaningful again.

Today, I walk alongside others who are navigating their own life transitions. Whether you are experiencing grief, identity changes, relationship challenges, or moments where life no longer feels the same, our work together creates space to explore what has been lost, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Change can be painful, but it can also be a powerful invitation to rediscover who you are and create a life that feels truly your own.

Hi, I’m Anisah,

My work supports people navigating grief and major life transitions whether that’s the loss of identity, changes in health, relationship endings, or moments when life no longer feels the same.

 

Together we explore how these experiences have shaped you, helping you reconnect with yourself and understand patterns that may be holding you back. From this place of self-awareness, we begin to rebuild a life that feels authentic, grounded, and aligned with who you truly are.

My aim is to support you in developing the insight and practical tools needed to move forward with confidence, so you can navigate life’s changes, honour yourself, and build meaningful relationships.

I work with both men and women, offering a space that is open, non-judgemental, and fully focused on your personal growth.
